Ultimate Ears SuperFi 5 Pro
I bought a pair of these last year at the Apple Store, Soho.
They have served me well: keeping noisy children, airplane engines, and other commuters at bay. However, last week they started crackling in the left ear. It appeared that the cable had a problem near the jack.
I emailed customer support and received a response in just 11 minutes telling me to provide my name and address and they would send a new cable out to me. To be honest, I was not holding out much hope as I'm in the UK. Then today, 7 days after that email, I received a new cable in the post!
Very impressive customer service. Now I just have to figure out how to connect them without breaking the earpieces.
