Sky Blue
Venue: Odeon, Wardour Street
I watched this with about 10 other people in the tiny screen at the Odeon on Wardour Street.
The post apocalyptic story was told with a mixture of the latest 3D computer techniques and old school 2D animation. The story was about a symbiotic relationship between two groups of survivors and the turning of the tide.
The plot was very predictable and did not veer from its formulaic course much at all. The character development was pretty poor too, with only the little boy making much impact. I think this is great if you just go for the visual feast, but don't expect much from the story. It's been told before and better.
