Excellent word. Who knew? It's like how the Innuit in Alaska have some 90 (or whatever) ways to say snow. It surprises me that the English language comes that close to nuance. Tomorrow's goal -- to use petrichor at least once in conversation tomorrow.
Yeah I've gone all day, and I haven't used Petrichor once. Does that count?
