So, what do you use?

I have been doing an informal survey over here (Malaysia) and the overwhelming majority of people use water. In the UK I think that most people use paper. I would guess most people in the western world use paper, save France and their bidets.

The techinique is:

1. wipe with paper (optional)
2. wash with soap and water
3. rinse away soap with water
4. use paper or a towel to dab away the water

This is actually a much cleaner solution, but I don't know how well the idea would hold up in colder climates. I have been attempting to follow this whilst over here. However, I usually end up just taking a shower.
